Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 business days from date of delivery if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We are committed to evaluating the issue and making it right.

At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges for any other reason. Please contact us at info@OurShelves.com if you have any questions or concerns about your OurShelves books.

 

Refunds/Exchanges

Once we receive your damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will send out your replacement. If a refund is applied, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
